As a Senior Paralegal, Corporate, you will join the Corporate Legal team and own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of CoreWeave’s existing foreign subsidiaries, including ongoing maintenance, governance changes, and dissolutions, as well as a subset of foreign entity formations as the company expands into new countries.
