Role Purpose: The Counsel, Corporate Legal Affairs will provide legal support across a broad range of software and technology licensing, professional services, confidentiality, and related commercial transactions for NBCUniversal, with a focus on corporate operations, information technology, human resources, and other enterprise functions. This role will serve as a practical and solutions-oriented legal partner to internal stakeholders, advising on contract terms, risk allocation, and related legal issues while helping to advance business objectives. The position may also support business unit attorneys on related transactions and assist with efforts to make the delivery of legal services more efficient and effective.
