This position will provide legal support for a wide variety of commercial transactions with a focus on software, artificial intelligence, and other technology and business counseling matters for the Global Streaming businesses including Peacock and international projects powered by the Peacock platform. This role will report to the division’s Vice President. Here You Can: Independently draft, review, negotiate and interpret a range of contracts and other legal documents, including software and technology licenses and professional services agreements for use in support of the Peacock service and other Global Streaming and Media Group properties including, for example, the NBC and Bravo apps and websites Negotiate and counsel clients regarding emerging issues in technology transactions,…
