About this job

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with experience recruiting for teams across hardware, software, and AI. This person will partner with leaders at Aeva to build a talent strategy around the most mission-critical hiring needs and execute those plans. What you’ll bring: Own full-life cycle recruiting across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain functions. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities. Recruit across a broad range of technical areas, including Software, Hardware, Embedded/Firmware, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, Photonics/Optics, as well as Operations and Supply Chain roles. Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing and proactive engagement with passive candidates.…
