We’re looking for a Human Resources Compliance Administrator to join our People & Culture team and help build strong, scalable HR foundations as we grow. You’ll own key compliance and reporting activities while driving the review and alignment of HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal guidelines - keeping us consistent, compliant, and audit-ready. If you’re proactive, detail-driven, and excited by the opportunity to simplify complexity, improve processes, and make an impact in a fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You own the review, revision, and compliance alignment of all HR policies and employee handbooks across locations, including formatting, versioning, approvals, and rollout You drive personnel file audits, I-9 compliance, and documentation…
