As a Post-Sales Recruiter, you’ll own TRM’s most strategic and mission-critical searches across Customer Success, Global Investigations, Compliance, and Revenue Operations while serving as a mentor and force multiplier for the recruiting pod. The impact you'll have: - Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and business-critical roles across Customer Success, Global Investigations, Compliance, Revenue Operations, and adjacent GTM/business functions. - Act as a strategic talent partner to executive stakeholders; advising on market dynamics, candidate calibration, hiring strategy, and close approach. - Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and close exceptional post-sales talent from high-growth technology, fintech, crypto, public sector, and financial services…
