Logistics Support Specialist

About this job

Maintains synchronization of a supply chain between various organizations, customers, and suppliers by managing inventory systems, simulation, and modeling forecasting data; ordering from procurement contracts; and managing spares delivery scheduling systems. Monitors customer inventory demand and material assets on hand or in transit to optimize total supply chain planning. Incorporates decisions from external customers and suppliers to reduce material and product variability and arrive at optimal solutions. Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, and warehousing.…
