About this job

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our growing IT team. This is a hands-on position supporting approximately 100+ employees and 350+ endpoints in a primary Windows-based environment with a smaller footprint of Linux systems. The ideal candidate is an experienced IT professional who excels at solving technical problems, working directly with users, and taking end-to-end ownership of issues. This role extends beyond traditional help desk duties to include endpoint administration, cloud productivity suite support, network maintenance, cybersecurity monitoring, and active participation in our federal and industry compliance programs. Location: Pleasanton, California (Bay Area)
