Virtual Job Summary: In the Digital Services Remote Support Specialist role you will be responsible for inspecting, analyzing, troubleshooting, and programming customer Building Automation Systems (BAS) using Trane’s cloud based remote connection and communicating findings and suggestions to the Customer. You will also work closely with the Digital Services team to identify and implement Energy Conservation Methods (ECM’s) and optimization opportunities for customer sites. This role works closely with Field Technicians to support any controls related issues they may have while on the jobsite as well as other internal teams with technical questions.
