How you create impact You will support the day-to-day coordination of time-sensitive healthcare shipments, serving as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams. You will monitor shipment activity, provide timely updates, resolve service issues, and help ensure each move is handled accurately and efficiently from start to finish. • Track and trace healthcare shipments throughout the transportation process • Communicate shipment status, delays, and exceptions clearly to customers and internal partners • Coordinate with operations, carriers, warehouses, and other service providers to keep shipments moving • Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation, and system updates • Respond to customer questions and service concerns with urgency and professionalism • Escalate issues…
