Perform basic food preparation in accordance with standardized recipes, department specifications, and quality standards. Job Functions Perform basic food preparation duties requiring minimal recipe knowledge, working under close supervision such as cleaning and slicing produce, slicing cold meats, making garnish and salads. Maintain established inventory levels and order stock. Monitor quality of prepared products and follow established storage and rotation standards. Maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas. Consistently apply established safety and sanitation procedures. Works and communicates with cooks and kitchen staff. Six (6) months of experience as a prep cook preferred. Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.…
