New York Times Cooking is looking for a temporary social media editor with strong writing skills, sharp strategic instincts, an eye for visuals and a love of food to join our interdisciplinary, fast-growing team through the end of the year. In this role, you'll be responsible day to day for our Facebook account, building and publishing a high volume of engaging feed posts and video content. You'll pair food photography and video with sharp, compelling copy that inspires people to cook and ultimately drives them to NYT Cooking on platform. This is an in-office position, based in New York City and includes regular attendance in the office four days each week.
