Responsabilidades: Desenvolver, configurar e customizar soluções na plataforma ServiceNow, de acordo com os requisitos técnicos e funcionais; Desenvolver scripts utilizando JavaScript, incluindo Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies e UI Actions; Desenhar, implementar e otimizar workflows, Flow Designer e processos de automação; Configurar e evoluir os módulos de ITSM, nomeadamente Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management e Service Catalog; Participar na implementação e suporte de módulos adicionais, como ITOM e IT…
