About the job This position reports directly to the Head of Operational Excellence within the Workplace Global Products (WGP) department. WGP is responsible for designing, building, and operating all Workplace Products across the AXA Group for supported entities. WGP products are based on standard market solutions (such as Microsoft, VMware, Citrix) and customized to ensure full compliance with AXA GO and AXA Group standards, including security, architecture, data privacy, and contractual requirements. These products are operated by internal product teams located across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, supported by AXA GO and external providers.
