Como Application Support Specialist, irá integrar as nossas equipas de operações e suporte técnico, focando-se na monitorização, diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes em aplicações críticas, garantindo a estabilidade dos sistemas e a continuidade do negócio dos nossos clientes. Responsabilidades: Assegurar o suporte técnico de segundo e terceiro nível a aplicações de software em ambiente produtivo. Monitorizar proativamente o desempenho, disponibilidade e integridade das plataformas e sistemas digitais.
