Voor ons Nederlandse team zoeken we een hands-on Talent Sourcer / Corporate Recruiter. Jouw belangrijkste opdracht is helder: de juiste mensen vinden, benaderen en enthousiast maken voor InPost. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende vacatures binnen onder andere sales, operations, techniek en stafafdelingen. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in hoe je de markt benadert. Daarbij verwachten we dat je zelfstandig werkt, makkelijk schakelt en ook effectief blijft wanneer prioriteiten veranderen of processen nog niet volledig zijn ingericht. Dit is een rol voor iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat, initiatief neemt en zich thuis voelt in de snelheid en dynamiek van een startupomgeving binnen een grote internationale organisatie.
