The Construction Manager will oversee, on the ground, the application of the department's construction standards, ensuring an active and continuous presence at hospitality construction sites across the territory. The role requires a significant amount of time spent travelling and on site, in direct contact with the construction teams and the project teams, to verify adherence to standards and gather the feedback needed to improve site activities. The Construction Manager operates in close complementarity with the project team, never overlapping with its roles and responsibilities, and interfaces constantly with the Head of Projects.
