We’re looking for an Employer Branding Manager to shape how talent discovers, experiences and ultimately chooses Prima. Sitting at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, Brand, Marketing and Experience Design, you’ll turn our talent priorities into distinctive content and experiences that help the right people understand what makes Prima different — and want to be part of it. What you will do What you’ll do Translate Prima’s talent strategy and hiring priorities into a clear employer branding and attraction roadmap. Define how we position Prima to prioritise talent audiences and turn it into targeted recruitment marketing campaigns across channels. Partner with Brand, Marketing and Social teams to bring campaigns to life, from creative briefs to distribution and amplification.…
