La persona si occuperà di: Predisposizione, analisi, revisione e negoziazione di contratti di varie tipologie (vendita, fornitura di servizi, procurement, supporto logistico) con controparti nazionali ed estere; Supporto legale alle funzioni aziendali, garantendo un adeguato presidio delle tematiche legali; Predisposizione documenti a carattere legale per appalti pubblici; Esperienza consolidata in contrattualistica, diritto commerciale, diritto societario, contenzioso (inclusi arbitrati). Titolo di studi Laurea in Giurisprudenza Seniority Expert: Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in studi legali o aziende.…
