Il Ruolo Stiamo cercando un/una Customer Success Specialist che aiuti le PMI clienti a ottenere il massimo da Sibill. Non è un ruolo di supporto tradizionale: sarai responsabile dell’intero ciclo di vita del cliente, dall’onboarding al rinnovo. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i team di prodotto, tech e commerciale, con un forte focus sia sulla soddisfazione dei clienti sia sulla crescita del loro valore nel tempo, attraverso attività di upselling/cross-selling.
