Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Service Manager, responsabile della gestione operativa del servizio post-vendita per impianti fotovoltaici C&I e Utility Scale. La figura avrà un ruolo centrale nel garantire la soddisfazione del cliente, coordinare gli interventi di manutenzione straordinaria e ottimizzare i processi e gli strumenti digitali a supporto delle attività di service. Principali responsabilità Gestire il rapporto operativo con i clienti O&M e Service. Garantire elevati standard di customer experience e customer satisfaction. Coordinare l'intero processo di gestione ticket, dalla presa in carico alla chiusura. Pianificare e supervisionare gli interventi di manutenzione straordinaria e correttiva. Organizzare e ottimizzare le attività dei tecnici interni e dei fornitori esterni.…
