Accoglienza e gestione dei clienti, fornendo supporto e informazioni sui servizi offerti. Sviluppo dell’attività commerciale e promozione dei servizi, con attenzione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita. Gestione delle attività amministrative e di back office legate alla sede. Utilizzo di CRM e strumenti aziendali per la gestione delle informazioni e dei contatti. Collaborazione con il team locale e interfaccia con la sede centrale spagnola.
