FUNCTION SUPPORT Support the team in monitoring customer satisfaction and customer-related KPIs. Track deliveries from logistics providers to customers, ensuring a high-quality service. Support the resolution of operational issues related to orders and deliveries. Assist with the creation and maintenance of customer data in company systems. Support return management activities and customer claims handling. Support daily invoicing activities and the processing of credit notes and returns. Assist with month-end activities and other recurring operational tasks. SYSTEM & DIGITALIZATION Support process automation and digitalization projects. Gain experience with CRM tools used to manage customer interactions and communications.…
