Responsible for Management of Microbiology Laboratory and staff, the quality management system in Microbiology according to ISO 15189, Health and safety, Departmental Protocols, Risk assessments, staff training and development and approval of laboratory results. Main Responsibilities To assist Eurofins in maintaining a high standard in medical testing. Provide support to clients and colleagues to ensure a first-class service. To maintain and enhance their professional knowledge and skills as required. Work with colleagues to contribute towards the continuous improvement of the department. Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the mission and values of Eurofins. Assist in the organisation of workload, prioritising tasks to ensure the effective running of the department.…
