Key Responsibilities • Inspect, service, maintain and repair Light commercial vehicles. • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults. • Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance. • Repair and replace braking, suspension, steering, transmission and engine components. • Prepare vehicles and trailers for CVRT testing. • Conduct safety inspections and identify defects requiring immediate attention. • Use diagnostic equipment to investigate warning lights and vehicle faults. • Attend breakdowns when required. • Complete job cards, inspection sheets and maintenance records accurately. • Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and legal safety standards. • Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop.…
