AXA Partners is seeking a Application Analyst to join the team in Shannon. An exciting opportunity to proactively engage in the support and cost effective delivery of support solutions for a vast number of Business Applications across 25 countries. Serving as a liaison between the IT and the Business organizations, the Application Analyst will perform a key role within AXA Partners IT. What you’ll be doing: Serve as a Application Analyst on IT Business Applications Analyses and validates Support incidents and resolves if possible on first contact Managing Tickets on Various Ticketing Systems Translates Support Incidents into defect tracking tool and liaises with 3rd line support functions or suppliers to manage delivery Ensure proactive management of incidents and communication regarding t…
