Irish Water IT (IW IT) provides IT services and support to the wider Irish Water business, and across the Local Authority user base. IT Operations is responsible for all operational run activities across Applications, Operational Technology, Service Management and Infrastructure. The Applications teams are responsible for implementing, upgrading and supporting all Irish Water applications (CC&B, Maximo, Click, Syclo, Middleware, Oracle Financials, GIS, HR specific, SharePoint and Service Now etc.) including those built on the Dynamics 365 platform such as CDS, EIMS and SIMS. The Applications teams also have a pivotal role to play in the implementation of new applications for the organisation, working with the IT Build and Delivery area.…
