As our Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you'll own the system and the monthly cycle that make that happen. You'll run calculations in Xactly Incent, tie every result back to its source data, and give Finance a close it can trust. The hardest part of the job is judgment: knowing when a variance is a data fix you can make yourself, and when it's a plan question that needs a leader's approval before anything moves.
