Position Description ESB IT Delivery provides critical application support services across a range of business areas. We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our ESB Networks Business Application Support team, supporting a portfolio of business-critical applications that underpin ESB's operational activities. Working as part of a highly motivated team of IT professionals, you will provide support, maintenance, monitoring, enhancement and continuous improvement of both third-party and bespoke ESB applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, vendors and other IT support teams to ensure the availability, reliability and ongoing development of critical systems supporting 24/7 operations.…
