GTM hiring at OpenAI focuses on building a world-class team across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Technical Solutions. About this Role We’re looking for an experienced GTM Recruiter to help build some of the most critical teams at OpenAI across Technical Solutions and Sales. This is a high-impact role where you’ll operate as a strategic talent partner not just executing searches, but shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional GTM talent globally.
