Keep our hiring engine running As Working Student Recruiting (Volume Hiring), you help us hire quickly without cutting corners, and support our Customer Success & Training teams (CX) with volume hiring. You'll work closely with the wider team, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and help build the university partnerships that keep bringing great people our way. 🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike Support end-to-end volume hiring for CX, from job posting to offer Screen applications and schedule interviews for high-volume, fast-moving pipelines (onboarding managers, trainers, care experts etc..)
