Während deines Praktikums erstellst und entwickelst du Kommunikations- und Enabling-Materialien (z. B. Videos, Wiki-Einträge, Blogposts, Präsentationen) zur Unterstützung der weltweiten Einführung. Des Weiteren bereitest du Meetings mit Sponsoren und Stakeholdern vor und nach (inkl. Erstellung von Protokollen, Action Points und Entscheidungsunterlagen). Darüber hinaus unterstützt du den globalen Rollout der Skill Management Plattform in verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen und Regionen. Bei der Strukturierung und Aufbereitung von Inhalten für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen (z. B. Management, Projektteams, Anwender) wirkst du mit. Moderne KI-Tools wie Copilot oder Gemini nutzt du zur effizienten Erstellung sowie Aufbereitung von Inhalten (Texte, Grafiken, Zusammenfassungen).…
