Auftragsabwicklung: Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenaufträgen in unserem ERP-System. Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen und termingerechten Abwicklung von Bestellungen. Angebotsmanagement: Erstellung von Angeboten in Absprache mit dem Vertriebsteam. Überwachung von Angebotsterminen und Aktualisierung von Preislisten. Kundenkommunikation: Professionelle und zeitnahe Kommunikation mit Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail oder persönlich. Beantwortung von Anfragen zu Produkten, Preisen, Lieferzeiten usw. Beschwerdemanagement: Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Beschwerden. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um schnellstmöglich Lösungen zu finden und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.…
