Als Teil unseres Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für die professionelle und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Kundenbeschwerden sowie Anfragen in technisch und rechtlich komplexen Anlagesituationen. Dabei verstehen Sie abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenhänge und Gesamtprozesse. Sie entscheiden über Kundenanliegen, wickeln Produkttausche sowie Produktrückkäufe, eigenverantwortlich sowie in Abstimmung mit Kundendienst und Vertrieb, ab. Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie die telefonische sowie schriftliche Kommunikation mit unserer Kundschaft und tragen durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Kundendienst sowie Zentralabteilungen maßgeblich zum gemeinsamen Erfolg bei, indem Sie sie nachhaltig von der Marke Bosch begeistern.…
