Deine Mission: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen ihre IT-Systeme und die Telematikinfrastruktur im Praxisalltag zuverlässig nutzen können. Im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support analysierst du Störungen, findest Lösungen und bist kompetente Ansprechperson rund um TI, Praxissicherheit und IT-Infrastruktur. Dabei arbeitest du von unserem Standort in Magdeburg aus: Support und technische Unterstützung erfolgen telefonisch und per Fernwartung – Einsätze direkt bei unseren Kund vor Ort gehören nicht zu deinem Arbeitsalltag. 1st- & 2nd-Level-Support: Du bearbeitest technische Anfragen telefonisch, per E-Mail und über unser Ticketsystem. Fehleranalyse & Problemlösung: Du analysierst Störungen in Hard- und Softwareumgebungen und sorgst für eine zuverlässige Behebung.…
