Customer Support NL/ENG - Working Student

About this job

As a Working Student in Customer Support, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch and English-speaking customers, helping them get the most out of Moss via live chat, email and phone. It is a hands-on role where you build real support experience in a fintech product. You will report to the Team Lead Customer Support and work directly with the Berlin support team. What you learn from customers feeds back into how the team works, so your input shapes the support experience. The role comes with the potential for a permanent position.
