Deine Aufgaben bei uns Teamführung und -entwicklung – Du übernimmst die Leitung eines unserer Customer Success Teams, förderst die persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung Deiner Teammitglieder und sorgst für eine positive Teamdynamik. Begleitung unserer Pflegehelden – Zusammen mit Deinem Team begleitest Du unsere Pflegekräfte auf ihrem Weg zum Traumjob. Als Führungskraft sorgst Du dafür, dass Dein Team die Pflegekräfte von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Vermittlung engagiert und empathisch unterstützt. Individuelle Betreuung mit Herz – Zusammen mit Deinem Team begleitest Du unsere Pflegekräfte auf ihrem Weg zum Traumjob. Als ihren Bewerbungsprozess unkompliziert und reibungslos gestaltet.…
