Du bist die Stimme von SIXT in dem Moment, in dem der Kunde etwas geklärt haben will, und Du machst aus einem Ärgernis wieder einen zufriedenen Kunden. Von der Trelleborger Straße in Rostock aus betreust Du Kunden weltweit – telefonisch, per E-Mail und im Chat. Du bekommst Entscheidungsspielraum, echte Verantwortung für Deine Fälle, und Du siehst am Ende, ob Du geholfen hast.
