Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Glauchau suchen wir ab sofort Unterstützung als Technischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unsere Kundenreklamationen in der Abteilung Qualitätsmanagement Ihr Aufgabengebiet: Funktion als technische Ansprechpartner:in für Kundenreklamationen im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement, inklusive Bearbeitung, Nachverfolgung und Kommunikation mit Kund:innen Mitwirkung an der Prozess-FMEA (P-FMEA) für Neuprodukte sowie regelmäßige Aktualisierung in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen Aktive Mitarbeit im interdisziplinären Team (CFT – Cross-Functional Team) zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produkt- und Prozessqualität Durchführung von Mitarbeiter:innen-Schulungen zu qualitätsrelevanten Themen, einschließlich Standards, Anforderungen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
