Untstütze uns als AI Product Support (F/M/*) und werde zur ersten Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen, wenn es um unser innovatives KI-Produkt geht. Du sorgst dafür, dass Anfragen schnell, kompetent und verständlich beantwortet werden – und dass unsere Nutzer:innen das Beste aus amber herausholen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Product, Engineering und Customer Success zusammen und bringst die Stimme der Kund:innen zurück ins Unternehmen. Aufgaben Du beantwortest schriftliche Kundenanfragen (z.
