Dans le cadre d'un renfort temporaire, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de Réclamations Clients pour rejoindre notre service Logistique et Transport en CDD du 24/08/2026 au 25/09/2026. Vos missions principales: Réceptionner et traiter les réclamations clients liées au transport et à la livraison des échantillons. Analyser les dysfonctionnements et identifier les causes des incidents. Assurer le suivi des dossiers jusqu'à leur résolution. Communiquer avec les clients, transporteurs et interlocuteurs internes. Mettre à jour les outils de suivi Première expérience en gestion des réclamations clients BtoB. Bon sens de l'organisation, rigueur et capacité d'analyse. Aisance relationnelle, rédactionnelle et téléphonique. Maîtrise des outils bureautiques.…
