Eigenständige Bewertung von Unternehmen und Unternehmensteilen mittels unterschiedlicher Bewertungsmethoden (DCF-Verfahren, Multiplikatoren, Börsenkursanalysen, etc.) Erstellung von Kaufpreisallokationen im Rahmen von Mergers & Acquisitions und Durchführung von Werthaltigkeitsprüfungen gemäß IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) Analyse und Plausibilisierung von Jahresabschlüssen, Business-Plänen und Kennzahlen sowie Erstellung von integrierten Planungsrechnungen Bewertung immaterieller Vermögenswerte (z.B.
