Du begleitest komplexe Beratungsprojekte im Bereich Workforce und HR-Transformation, Organisationsdesign und ähnlichen Themen - von der inhaltlichen Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kund:innen zusammen und pflegst nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen. Du erstellst Angebote, führst Interviews und Analysen durch, gestaltest Präsentationen und moderierst Workshops. Du entwickelst unsere inhaltlichen Methoden weiter und unterstützt bei dem Ausbau unseres Angebotsportfolios. Du baust aktiv dein Know-how in Themenbereichen wie Strategic Workforce Planning, Digital Enablement, HR Organisation, Rewards Management und Job Architecture weiter auf und stehst anderen Kolleg:innen als Sparringspartner zur Seite.…
