About this job

Du führst inhaltlich-konzeptionelle und strategische Arbeiten in Beratungsprojekten durch, insbesondere bei Organisationstransformationen und zu verschiedenen Fragestellungen des Human Resource Managements. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kund:innen zusammen. Du erstellst Angebote, führst Interviews und Analysen durch, gestaltest Präsentationen und moderierst Workshops. Du entwickelst unsere inhaltlichen Methoden weiter, beispielsweise durch Recherche- und Dokumentationstätigkeiten. Du baust aktiv dein Know-how in Themenbereichen wie Strategic Workforce Planning, Digital Enablement, Talent Management, Leadership, HR Organisation, Rewards Management und Job Architecture auf.…
