The Barista position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The posttion is also responsible for accomplishing duties required of a Concession Worker/Barista to ensure efficient operation of the Nosh concession area. The Barista: Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers. Assists customers in the selection and purchase of specialty coffee, beverages, pastries, whole bean sales, and merchandise. Prepares a variety of customer beverage orders, such as espresso drinks and Coffee of the Day.…
