This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity — you'll join before we open and help set the standard for how we operate, serve guests, and show up for each other every day. You bring the same hospitality instincts as our Barista team, paired with the confidence to lead a shift, support your teammates, and make real-time decisions when the General Manager isn't present.
