As a Learning Intern on the Coinbase Learning team within the People organization, you'll help design, deliver, and improve the programs that unlock growth for every Coinbase employee. You'll build AI-powered learning content, coordinate high-impact programs, and use data to drive measurable improvements across our learning portfolio, working at the intersection of instructional design and emerging AI capabilities. What you'll do: Build and iterate learning content (presentations, guides, videos, Confluence pages) using AI tools to accelerate development cycles and improve content quality Coordinate and produce instructor-led learning sessions and L&D offsites from scheduling through day-of execution, managing logistics and audience engagement Prototype AI-assisted learning experiences…
