Under the direction and assistance of the Director of Sales, this role is responsible for leading the Sales Team, driving contract negotiations, and problem solving within the team. The Associate Director of Sales will represent the property at tradeshows, industry events and within the local community. This individual will develop and implement a sales plan that fits the sales goals of the property while creating opportunities for all hotel departments including banquets, front desk, housekeeping and food beverage outlets where necessary. Solicit business and negotiate contracts and supplier services with clients to sell convention, meeting Space and hotel room blocks.…
