Twist is hiring a Staff Recruiter to own hiring for our Commercial organization: Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Commercial Operations, plus select roles in other functions. This is a senior individual contributor role for a recruiter who already operates as a strategic talent advisor. You will run complex, confidential and hard-to-fill searches end to end with minimal oversight. You will find the people who aren't looking, guide senior leaders through every decision from intake to offer, and use data, market intelligence and AI-enabled tools to make hiring faster and better.
