Steadwell is a new kind of insurance agency. We pair experienced insurance people with AI tools that take the admin off their desk, so clients get fast, tailored service instead of a queue. We are opening in the US, and you would be one of our first employees: a real say in how we work, and a faster path to more responsibility than a large agency can offer. You will manage a book of small to mid-market commercial accounts and help facilitate new business, with mentorship from our founder. The work is about half service and renewals, and half turning inbound new-business inquiries into clients.
